Counseling fees can be offset by Extended Health Benefits. Elaine also provides Consults and training for other professional(s) / organizations who serve people who Hoard or their loved ones. Elaine Birchall leads a team of specially recruited, and trained individuals who are Hoarding-aware and can deal with any job to be done, no matter how difficult.
