We are a non-profit voice for children and their families who face the challenges of mental health problems in Simcoe County. We support families through direct communication, education and available research.
Our Goals
increase awareness of the unique needs of children with emotional/behavioural disorders and provide support to theirfamilies.
attempt to dissolve the stigma attached to children's mental illness that are involved in any disturbance of childhood.
disseminate and promote relevant research pertinent to these children and their families.
work with mental health agencies and government to ensure that children with emotional and behavioural disorders haveaccess to community-based services
Meet on the LAST THURSDAY of every month including summer to a Pot-Luck dinner and social.
Children are welcome and have their own social network group participating in an Art & Culture program facilitated by Daisy Divine.
Location: The Common Roof, 165 Ferris Lane
Time: Beginning at 5:30pm
