She is a Registered Counselling Therapist (RCT) with the Nova Scotia College of Counselling Therapists (NSCCT), and is a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). She also has specialized training in Psilocybin-Assisted Psychotherapy with TheraPsil, and is trained in EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) therapy through EMDR Consulting.
