Is chronic pain impacting your quality of life? Are you struggling to manage your pain symptoms? This virtual session will help you to understand your chronic pain symptoms and your pain triggers. It will help you avoid common coping strategies that make pain worse, and will introduce you to new and effective pain management strategies. We will provide education, support, coping skills, treatment recommendations, and self-help resources. $50.
