Since 1991 Vita Centre has provided support, education and counselling for young pregnant and parenting families with children up to 6 years of age in Peel region (Mississauga, Brampton, Caledon). All our programs and services are free of charge.

Every year, we support over 600 individuals to experience more positive outcomes through capacity building, increased access to resources, and emotional and practical supports.

In addition to our own programs and services, our program staff are able to provide referrals to other services in our community that would best serve your needs. Bus tickets and child minding are provided on an as needed basis.
