Do you sometimes find it difficult to discipline or manage conflict with your child?
Do you wish you felt more connected to your child?
Through our daily interactions and communication with our children, we can develop them to be both responsible and emotionally-balanced. In this workshop, we will explore how to turn our daily challenges with our kids into opportunities for connection and "no-drama discipline." Participants will discover the functionality of the different parts of the brain and how our interaction with our children can create integration between these different parts of the brain.
This workshop is based on the following books:
- The Whole-Brain Child by Daniel Siegel
- How to Talk So Kids Will Listen & Listen So Kids Will Talk by Adele Faber & Elaine Mazlish
