A family centered support system which integrates children who have a special need or who may be "at risk". Supports are provided for children between 18 months and 6 years of age in day care centres, nursery schools and family home day cares and also for children between 6 and 12 years of age in licensed before and after school programs. The service may be provided in any centre in Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry counties.
