Grounded in the real world of clinical practice, this workshop will demonstrate the application of empirically-validated mindfulness principles and techniques to the treatment of traumatized olderadolescents and adults. It will also integrate aspects of Buddhist psychology that inform the existential aspects of recovery from extremely adverse events.
