I provide supportive counseling to individuals who are living with dementia, their care partners, family members, life partners, and friends. I also specialize in grief and bereavement counseling related to (but not limited to) life-limiting conditions such as dementia. In addition to counseling, clients are offered assistance with accessing community resources, the long-term care application process, navigating the healthcare system, and advance care planning / end-of-life matters.
